PARTICIPATION

Please note that the number of participants is limited. Therefore, early registration is recommended!


Regular participation

Participants are invited to submit abstracts for poster presentations (max. one A4 page). Please send abstracts for poster presentations to  info@chemical-genomics.de


Students

Student admission is free! However, students have to present their work on a poster and must submit an abstract (max one A4 page) together with a letter of support from their supervisor. Please send abstracts for poster presentations to  info@chemical-genomics.de. For poster please use normal A0 format!

The historical sight-seeing tour in Braunschweig is not included and will be organized on demand.

General Information

For participants of all categories a reduced registration fee will hold. Deadline for early registration is January 15, 2007 (receipt of fees). Registration deadline is February 12, 2007 (receipt of fees). Cancellations must be requested in writing by February 16, 2007 and will entail a fee of 50 Euro; no refunds will be made after this date. All participants will get a receipt of their payment at the beginning of the workshop.

Make sure that the name of the participant is indicated on the transfer form and instruct your bank to make payment "net of all charges to the payee".


SPONSORING

We kindly ask the companies to additionally sponsor the workshop in order to allow to support a maximum number of students. Sponsorship will be displayed on the web page (see list of sponsors) and all other documents of the workshop. With a donation of more than 500 Euro, we will distribute advertising materials (e. g. pens, writing pads) and information brochures of the companies on-site (samples of the materials which should be distributed must be sent to the organizers for approval) as well as we offer a one A4 page for advertisement in the abstract book.

COMMERCIAL EXHIBITION

About 10 sites are available in a room next to the lecture hall to set up commercial booths. For a fee of 750 Euro we offer space (2.5 x 2 m equipped with a table and two chairs and electricity) and admission of two persons to all workshop activities. All companies may also send their company logo which will be presented on our web site (see list of commercial exhibitions), linked to the companie's homepage. They are also allowed to advertise with their exhibition on their web site. Deadline for registration for an exhibition is February 12, 2007.
